One of the perks of having a farm is our family gets to have fresh produce, fantastic eggs and delicious pork regularly. But we still have to figure out how we are going to cook it! Here are some of the recipes I have discovered, along with tweaks I have made along the way.
SAVOURY (GREEN ONION) CREPES
I did not make the filling in these, though it sounds delicious. I added chopped green onion to the crepe batter. They are great as a side dish, but I really like to eat them in a sandwich instead of bread. See the recipe here
